Father Daughter Dance
Cindy and I attended the annual Father-Daughter Dance at Dingeman Elementary this year. I had the prettiest date, but she was kind of shy and didn't really like dancing. She mostly liked eating cookies and watching everyone else dance!

Field Trip to Birch Aquarium
I went on Cindy's kindergarten field trip to Birch Aquarium. They learned all about sharks and even got to touch one! The kids were really cute-- they paid such close attention but only comprehended about a third of what they were taught!

Mardi Gras Party
We hosted a Mardi Gras party at our house on the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. We served Shrimp Creole, King Cake, and coffee with chicory. We even had the kids throw beads off of the balcony! Everyone had a great time.

Cindy as an Old Lady
Cindy dressed up as a 100 year old lady for the 100th day of school at Dingeman. They do such silly things at that school. But she loved it!

Sophie and Thomas: 4.0
Both Sophie and Thomas received 4.0 certificates for academics for the first half of the year. Sophie also had a 4.0 in citizenship. We are very proud of them!
