Y-Guides Camping Trip in the Desert
Thomas and I went on our first Y-Guides camping trip last weekend. We spent one night at Agua Caliente campground in the Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Thomas had a blast and wants to know when the next trip is. The most interesting part of the trip was our off-road expedition to the Arroyo Tapiado Mud Caves.
The weather was perfect, although it was pretty cold at 2am when an owl perched right outside our tent and screeched a blood-curdling shriek on and off for about 30 minutes.
